By accessing and using Kavixo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

Use License

Kavixo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations, subject to these terms:

• You may not modify or copy the platform materials
• You may not use the materials for commercial purposes outside your own business
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notations

Account Responsibilities

Subscription and Billing

Kavixo operates on a subscription model:

• Free trial available for 14 days
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Data and Privacy

Your use of Kavixo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections. You retain all rights to your business data.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Kavixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
